The Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Sunday, February 18, 2018
Following a Combined service (10:00am) at St. Mary's, all members of the Parish of Central Saanich (St. Mary's and St. Stephen's) are invited to attend the AGM. Following the service a light pot-luck lunch (finger foods, not a sit-down luncheon) is being planned. Please bring food to share.
On the agenda
- Review of the financial statements for 2017
- Adoption of the 2018 Budget for both St. Mary's and for St. Stephen's
- Appointment and election of positions for 2018
- Outreach & community support programs, and the associated priorities and funding, will be determined.
