A Benefit Concert for RAPID - May 7
A Benefit concert in support of RAPID's refugee sponsorship initiative will take place at St. Mary's Church at 2:30 on May 7, 2017.
In concert will be the Shady Mountain band.
"Shady Mountain" brings a little toe-tapping Old (and New) Time Gospel to St. Mary's. In the last 15 years, this local band has played:
- the Sooke Bluegrass Festival and the Saanich Fair;
- as part of Ray France's Gospel Jubilee series;
- and entertain local crowds at many community events on South Vancouver Island.
Admission is by Donation.
Donations of $20 or more are eligible for a tax receipt.
Parking is free.
