III. "Parish Stewardship"
is being a part of something greater than ourselves. Stay tuned for stories and testimonials from friends about how and why they are part of our parish family and share of time and of skills or talents and of financial treasures. Remember, “I have Called you by Name.”
IV. "Transforming Futures"
Still developing our Case for Support, there are exciting and interesting ideas being created as we listen for guidance of the Holy Spirit. You will be a part of the next stages of the conversation and I am confident that we as a parish can do amazing things in years to come.
Please keep your Transforming Futures Team and Parish Council in prayer as we work towards presenting to you.
V. The Word for today, Mission:
Our mission is God’s mission. It is God who has created and who sustains the world, and it is God who is now reconciling all things in Jesus Christ. It is God who is at work in the world, healing and restoring and making all things news. It is God who invites us to join in this great mission, and to be agents and ambassadors of the Good News of God’s Kingdom in which all are loved and revered, and the beauty and balance of Creation is restored.
