Sweet Scarlet Vocal Ensemble:
A self-directed a cappella vocal ensemble based in Vancouver, Sweet Scarlet brings a captivating and compelling dimension to the a cappella music scene.
Made up of six sassy women, the Scarlettes were brought together by their shared passion for music and performing. With a background in choral music and a love for pop classics and contemporary favourites, Sweet Scarlet defines the genre of choral fusion, combining intricate harmonies with a cappella vocals, and bringing its own twist to music from around the globe.
While they are all great friends, the Scarlettes' dedication to their craft is evident when you see them perform live. At Christmas 2016 Sweet Scarlet were finalists in the Most Creative Performance category in Vancouver's 2nd Annual "Yule Duel" and won the 2016 People’s Choice award - a huge honour for them!!
Sweet Scarlet absolutely LOVES Christmas, and we are privileged to welcome them back to St. Mary's for this December concert.
