  • Note that both Courses are offered in the Online Zoom format only and that both are on Wednesday Nights at 7 PM.  Lon and Greg will host the Philippians study and Brett and others will host the Alpha.

Online Alpha Course to be offered again:

Following a highly successful Alpha course by Zoom last Fall, the parish has decided to run the course again beginning January 20.

Alpha is a stimulating and thoughtful introduction to Christianity which is offered in an 11-week series of videos and discussion times. It is designed especially for inquirers and seekers but is also an excellent refresher course for regular church members.

The sessions are held Wednesday evenings from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and can be joined by anyone from anywhere – last time not only local folk but people from the interior of BC and Thailand took part! Think and pray about joining yourself and inviting friends or family members who are looking for an opportunity to investigate the faith in a non-threatening and friendly atmosphere.

For further information or to sign up, please contact our rector Lon at ltowstego@bc.anglican.ca / 250-208-9949 or  Brett Cane, bcane@mymts.net / 778-922-4892. Technical help with Zoom is available.

If you have completed an Alpha Course in the past or even our most recent this is for you! At the same time on Wednesday Nights starting January 20, at 7PM, “A Life Worth Living” An 8-week Video Guided Study of Paul’s Letter to the Philippians. Please contact Lon at ltowstego@bc.anglican.ca or 250-208-9949 or Greg Robinson at 250-516-3121 or gregoryrobinson@shaw.ca with questions or to sign up.
