Cookeilidh Celtic Band

Cookeilidh Celtic Band performs at the last concert in the Eighth Season of St. Mary's Sunday Serenade concerts.

With their high energy, traditional, and modernized Celtic tunes, Cookeilidh has been delighting audiences for years. Comprised of 12-string guitar, electric bass, Irish Flute, fiddle, bodhran, and vocals, they define their music as "trad with attitude". Blending the tunes of Ireland and Scotland, with a heaping spoonful of Maritime flavour and a dash of Folk, it's a fine recipe for a modern day kitchen party!

Join us for this afternoon of spirited Celtic music starting at 2:30 on Sunday, March 29, a performance we're sure you'll enjoy in the great acoustics at St. Mary's.

Tickets are attractively priced at $15 from Sue Smith [@ (250) 652-5392, or sueandjohn@shaw.ca], or at the door. Children 12 and under are admitted free. Great free parking. No stairs to climb.

All in the Parish of Central Saanich are warmly invited, as is everyone else in the community.
